Finding and disabling your Facebook tracking apps

On your Facebook desktop or in the app, tap the drop-down menu on the top-right side of Facebook and click Settings.
Click Apps on the left column. On your mobile app, scroll down the settings page. This will show you all the apps that have access to your data.

To delete an app, just select it and tap the X button next to it, and then select Remove. This won’t delete the data they’ve already gathered on you, but any future data.

Editing the tracking without deleting the app's complete access
If it’s an app that you use, you can always edit what information they can get from you (aside from the basic profile information that seems mandatory in every app). Instead of deleting it, select the Edit pencil icon, and view/deselect whatever you don’t want the app to track.

How to stop apps from tracking you via other Facebook users
There are other people’s apps who are tracking your data simply because you have established Facebook ties. To stop them from gather data about you, on the same apps page, select Apps Others Use and you will see what Facebook is allowing other people’s apps to track about you. Then deselect everything you want.
